This elegantly rugged mountain retreat features a beautiful outdoor oasis complete with a fire pit living room, outdoor kitchen, lounge grotto and a stylish paver driveway thanks to Belgard products like OriginsTM, DimensionsTM and Mega-ArbelTM. The exquisite interiors were designed by resident HGTV® Dream Home designer Brian Patrick Flynn to highlight the natural beauty of Colorado and complement the blend of indoor and outdoor living.

A Sneak Peek of the HGTV Dream Home 2023
To get a preview of the home, we traveled to Morrison with a group of amazing content creators – The House Judge, Our Home Becoming, Nest Out West, Come Stay Awhile and Hand Makes Home.
Our group was treated to a tour of the home’s exterior by our own Joe Raboine, who walked through the design process for each of the outdoor areas and shared how Belgard Rooms makes it easier for homeowners to implement similar styles in their own backyards.
He also described all the Belgard products used in more detail and explained how and why they were selected for each application – like how ArtformsTM’ sturdy concrete panels and modular sizing were perfect for the kitchen bar tops and grill island.
These might be some of our favorite HGTV® Dream Home outdoor spaces to date. Each area looks as if it were perfectly carved into the Colorado landscape.
After some quality time outdoors, our group was guided through the home’s interiors by designer Brian Patrick Flynn. It’s always an amazing experience getting to hear about what inspired his designs in each home. As with the outdoor spaces, it’s not surprising that the location’s natural beauty heavily influenced Brian’s design choices.

Colorado, living there would be a dream. I had a family vacation trip in Durango a few years ago on a ranch 11,000 feet above sea level. Horse back riding, fly fishing, overnight camping and much more. The best vacation ever to date. We all fell in love with Colorado.. I need to go back, maybe permanently. lol

I am interior designer and I love all in this house, I have I little kid, 6 years old he have autism and love the nature, my husband is a sound engineer and On the basement it will be a good place to have. Estudio. For me painting will be so inspired in al the outside areas and landscape that you can have here. Really like this house
