Sneak Peek: HGTV® Dream Home 2024 A Grand Coastal Escape

We are excited to be back as a sponsor for our 9^th year at the HGTV Dream Home 2024! At this year’s home in beautiful Anastasia Island, Florida, we hosted a group of wonderful content creators to get a behind-the-scenes look at stunning interiors and outdoor living spaces. 

This grand coastal escape features a social courtyard with outdoor seating, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and driveway created with Belgard® products such as our Lamina Tandem™ Linear Fire Pit, Dimensions™ line of pavers, Artforms™ modular panel system, Elements™ built-in grill, Blue Diamond Kamado grill, and more. The HGTV Dream Home 2024 interior designer, Brian Patrick Flynn, joined us to walk the group through the home and to share his inspiration and the unique design details of the incredible spaces.

Explore the HGTV Dream Home 2024 with Our Content Creators

We had a fun, energetic group of content creators tour the home with us this year – Julie Sousa, Jenny Reimold, Savannah and Kyle Kokaliares, Ashley Basnight, Gail Disner, and Kayla Cummings, our special Belgard social media contest winner. 

The group was treated to a tour of the home’s exterior by our Vice President of Design, Joe Raboine, who walked us through the design process of the outdoor areas and shared how Florida’s environment and the home’s unique location shaped each decision. 

For the group, Joe provided details on the extensive selection of Belgard products and explained each application. From the beautiful paver driveway and fire feature to the paver pattern and pool coping used, he covered it all. Plus, the content creators had a chance to get an insider’s look at how much detail went into this year’s design and explore the home’s soothing and serene outdoor living spaces. 

The Belgard team loved showing off their efforts in collaboration with the HGTV Dream Home 2024 and partners to help make the outdoor areas surrounding the home. The teams collaborated to design and create places throughout the home’s interior and exterior that are inviting to dine, live, and play, all while embracing the coastal living experience.
