The HGTV Dream Home is always a great source of inspiration for your home renovation plans. The HGTV Dream Home 2024 is no exception, with its coastal colors and unique touches both inside and out. Located in Anastasia Island, Florida, the HGTV Dream Home 2024 features several beautiful outdoor spaces designed by the Belgard® team. Pool Deck

Every Florida home has to have a pool. The serene poolscape features modern, straight lines created by Dimensions™ and Geometric Shapes pavers. For dramatic contrast, the look is accented by the dark, textured Basalt™ and Brooklyn™ pavers and Leno Coping. This design creates the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The poolscape also overlooks Florida marshland, so you can take in the landscape and local wildlife.

In addition to Belgard, our Oldcastle APG sister brand PebbleTec is also featured. PebbleTec’s PebbleSheen pool finish and pool tiles were used to make the water a vibrant blue.

Outdoor Kitchen

Outdoor entertaining is a must when you live on the coast. The outdoor kitchen at the HGTV Dream Home 2024 blends textures and tone for a beautiful and timeless look. Belgard Artforms™, our modular concrete panel system, was used for a sleek island and grill space. It also features the Belgard Elements™grill, refrigeration and storage, and the Blue Diamond Smoker. It’s a true griller’s paradise!

You also see the Parallelogram pavers on the flooring surrounding the kitchen. These are accented by our Basalt™ paver to add texture and dimension. The Lamina Tandem™ fire pit creates a striking focal point between the outdoor kitchen and pool deck. Fire Features

While Florida doesn’t get typically get too chilly, having a fire feature ensures a space can be used day or night during any season. In addition to the Lamina Tandem™ fire pit, the HGTV Dream Home 2024 also features an integrated fire feature in the kitchen counter. Together, these two fire elements add both warmth and ambiance.

Having a beautiful driveway sets the scene as family and friends arrive at your home. The HGTV Dream Home 2024 has a grand driveway featuring contrasting colors of Dimensions™ pavers with a striking triple border. The elegant design perfectly complements the home’s architectural design and has ample parking space for guests.

Social Courtyard

One of the more unique spaces at the HGTV Dream Home 2024 is the social courtyard. Located just off the front of the home, this area maximizes the amount of outdoor space. A rising trend in outdoor design, this front yard social courtyard offers a gathering area where guests can enjoy the home from every angle.

Belgard’s Geometric Shapes pavers were used to create a herringbone pattern floor. Lamina Tandem™ was used for a modern landscape wall that encloses the space but still feels open and airy. You can see how this social courtyard would look in your yard using the AR functionality on Belgard Rooms.
