Creative Outdoors responded to our request for an estimate for our backyard and side yard project. They always arrived on time, were courteous and respectful (no foul language used by anyone working on our project). They did a great job on each aspect of the job and finished a rather large project in just 6 days! We were pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very professional and responded quickly to any call or concern. I have recommended them to several of our friends. Good job!!

We knew we needed to replace our steep and large, 4,500 sq ft concrete driveway and court yard. We wanted pavers but thought the cost would be prohibitive. We got estimates for Rubber Stone, Concrete and Pavers. We were surprised that the cost for pavers was less than 20% over concrete. We hired Creative Outdoors to do the paving and we are GLAD WE DID!! They started the job right on time, finished in less than 10 days and within their cost estimate. Our driveway looks beautiful!! Neighbors and passers by comment on the great look. We had ‘Snow Melt’ (electric heating coils) installed under the pavers and we are now waiting for snow!! Can you imagine no shoveling? Creative Outdoors is a great company. Their workers are polite, professional and clean not just in their work but also in their conduct. Not once in ten days did I hear foul language and I was present all the time they worked. We are happy we chose Creative Outdoors and highly recommend this firm.

I kept the lovely 5×7 post card sent from Creative Outdoors LLC and called them recently in December for maintenance. Kristen set up an appointment for us to meet with David and after meeting with him we were happy to hear that he would be able to schedule us next week for service. The day they arrived we were so pleased with the whole crew and all of the work they did. Our trees and bushes look great and we are looking forward to a beautiful Spring. David and Kristen at Creative Outdoors are really genuine, hard working folks. So is their crew, who work until dark. David did everything as per the bid. I had my pavers cleaned and sealed, plus various other outdoor maintenance jobs. It looks really nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Creative Outdoors again. I live in West Sedona.

First class work! David, the owner, was onsite every morning for this big concrete demo and paver replacement job. His son, Brody, was leading the multiple crews throughout this project and was the hardest worker everyday. And when the final step needed to be completed, David was there on a Saturday finishing the job by himself. You can’t go wrong with this crew!

David, Cody and their team did an amazing and fast job with our landscaping needs. We needed to dress up the curb appeal with new rock and add two trees for more privacy. Posting for our company Rim Trail LLC…I don’t know where to start. Our first interaction was with David. Honestly there aren’t enough adjectives to describe his promptness, professionalism, and follow through. Ditto for Kristen in the office. Onto the crew. Always polite, knowledgeable & hard working. The work was extensive with a large curved paver installed driveway, followed by complete landscaping from irrigation, tree planting, staking, protection, loads of plants and boulder staging. The attention to detail was over the top. We’re just not used to a company providing perfection at every level. It’s refreshing.

15 years ago Dave did our landscaping and that’s when we met Cody as young boy. Now we are very pleased to have reconnected with Creative Outdoors and to have Cody taking care of our landscaping as a young man. Wonderful to have him back on board. He saved our pine trees, sent Mr. Gopher to the Gopher farm and again saved our plants from a sure death. We tease Cody about telling his Father if things his Dad did go south. Creative Outdoors is a honorable company to do business with. Love to see my garden when we return every few months. Must say, we had other companies come in and nothing like Creative Outdoors. I can rest knowing things will be taken care of when we are gone. Pleasant to work with and Cody stays in touch with us while we are back in Colorado. Might be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The original garden and landscape looks just as good as when it first done. Highly recommend their services couldn’t be happier. Lost track of them several years ago but i am delighted we found them again and so very pleased.

Creative Outdoors did all our landscaping in 2017 and continued to maintain it on a monthly basis. They did an excellent job with the 150 ft paver driveway (23% grade) and +50 plants/trees and fire pit. I highly recommend them.

I am a small new home builder and have known Dave for many years. Creative Outdoors is the best there is! David and team know what they’re doing and have so much experience in ideating, planning and executing on building out creative outdoor spaces. They are reliable and will get the job done within the timeframe you discuss, or manage your expectations accordingly. We have been working with different contractors for our remodeling project and these guys inspire confidence and trust. They communicate well and have a lot of integrity in the work they are delivering. If you feel your project might be a little tricky to figure out, they are definitely the ones to go to. With all that said, we were also working with a limited budget for our new backyard yet they still figured out something amazing for it (see photo!). Creative Outdoors is a fantastic company, in every way. Prior to calling them, we tried to call 3 other companies; either they just didn’t show up, or never called back after the initial consult. Not only did David call back, he continued to come back, and oversee the project every step of the way. He asked questions, listened to our feedback, and gave expert advice when we didn’t know what to do. He’s truly a craftsman, with a good eye for backyard and landscape planning. He also has a lot of knowledge about plants, where they live, what grows well, etc. And the crew is extremely professional and does a great job. The more amazing part is – this company does it ALL! Hardscaping, landscaping, tree cutting & removal, transplanting trees, turf, etc – and they do it ALL, and they do it WELL! My neighbors were shocked to find out the SAME company, did all the different areas around our house – they said they’ve needed 3-4 different companies to do the different jobs. And our fig-trees are thriving after transplant, so they know what they are doing! We are so happy with our new backyard, side yard, front yard – it’s even better than we expected! Pavers installed, replacing our cracked concrete driveway, plus the same on our front porch, plus adding a handrail to some steps that ran down a short but steep slope. We’re very happy with the outcome. Surprisingly fast from start to finish. Many compliments from the neighbors.

Creative outdoors built a 6ft high versalock retaining wall in my rear yard to extend it, they did a professional job with the backfill and matting to secure the retention and was done in a very short period of time at a reasonable cost, we are very happy with the outcome and the additional room we gained in the yard, I have known David and his crew for many years and would definitely recommend his services, they know how to do things correctly with no shortcuts. Creative Outdoors shows up, gets the job done right, listens to you, and follows up. They recently did a difficult rear patio paver job. They performed the work perfectly in spite of the steep driveway and hard to access work site. They follow up and make sure you are happy with the quality of their work. They have been in business locally for many years. They won’t disappoint.

Creative Outdoors did a great job installing my pavers. A few years ago I had another company work on my pavers and Creative Outdoors put them to shame. Creative actually came back and checked to see if it was still level. They put in more sand in a few places.
